 Requirements & Eligibility
 Road Hazard Protection
In order to qualify for your warranty, the following guidelines
must be met:
  • You must have purchased and installed your tires at Toyota of Keene.
  • You are the original owner of the tires and the tires are on the vehicle they were originally installed on.  Warranty is non- transferable
  • A 4-wheel alignment must be performed at the point of purchase and subsequently every 12,000-15,000 miles or once a year.
  • Tire rotations must be performed every 5,000-7,000 miles.
  • Original and follow up alignment must be performed at Toyota of Keene.
  • Tires are not to be used in commercial or fleet applications.

Glass, nails, potholes, curbs - road hazards are everywhere.
You can rest assured with our exclusive 24 month 100% Road
Hazard protection. We will repair or replace, at our discretion,
a tire (or tires) that become unserviceable due to road hazard
damage, impact, or puncture. Tires that can be properly
repaired will be repaired at no charge. Tires that are not able
to be repaired will be replaced free of charge for a period of 24
months from original purchase.

Treadwear / Mileage Warranty
We offer an exclusive Lifetime Mileage Warranty on your new
Sumitomo tires. Your tires have delivered their full original life
when it has worn down to the last 4/32" of tread. Treadwear
safety indicators molded into the tire will appear on the tire
when that point of wear is reached, indicating the need for
replacement. In the event your tires wear out, and you meet
the eligibility requirements listed above, simply return to us so
that we can inspect and replace your tires free of charge!!
