Sales (Used)
When buying a car I like to think that I know what I'm looking for and what I need. I typically do but no one is perfect. I like to work with a sales agent that will listen to you with open ears and guide you based only on what you describe to be the car you are looking for. At no time did I feel like I was being pushed towards a deal or a specific car. I expressed my views, preferences, budget, concerns, and questions to Dave and we were able to work in a manner and at a pace that left me feeling comfortable with the process and satisfied with my purchase at the end of the day. Dave is the best sales agent that I've worked with.
Steve also made the finance side of things easy when it came time for my John Hancock. Final numbers were documented and presented in a well organized fashion.
Dave checked in and kept me up to date as my used purchase moved from scratch removal to detail and waxing to its final parking place on the sales lot. He then allowed me to use his PC to finalize my car replacement with Geico prior to my departure.
